MacPherson Lodge Rates 2008:

Bed & Breakfast rooms $130 per night (plus taxes) based on two people bed and breakfast.
(A two night minimum stay applies).

Additional B&B guests (ten years and over) $40 per night, children 9 years and under $20 per night (plus taxes).

Cottage rental - Summer
$160 per night (plus taxes) based on two people self-catering
(A five night minimum stay applies)

Cottage weekly rate $1000 (plus taxes) based on two people self-catering.

Cottage rental - Winter
$200 per night (plus taxes) based on two people self-catering
(A five night minimum stay applies)

Cottage weekly rate $1300 (plus taxes) based on two people self-catering.

Additional Cottage guests (ten years and over) $50 per night, children 9 years and under $30 per night (plus taxes).
Dogs in the cottage cost $20 each per night (plus taxes).

Townhouse Apartment rate (plus taxes) based on up to 4 people self-catering.
One week - $1600.00
Two weeks - $3000.00 ( $1500.00 per week)
Three weeks - $4000.00 ( $1333.00 per week)
Four weeks - $5000.00 ( $1250.00 per week)
 

Cancellation Policy:

Bed & Breakfast Rooms:
We do not take deposits for bookings in the B&B, however we do have a cancellation policy.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking the policy is as follows:

The cancellation charge is the total room cost for the period booked including all applicable taxes.

The cancellation notice is 2 weeks before the date of your intended stay (if your booking is made within 2 weeks of your intended stay a 24 hour grace period is given to cancel).

Cottage & Townhouse Apartment
We take a 50% deposit at the time of booking for the cottage, refundable (less a $15 administration fee) if the booking is cancelled more than four weeks before your intended date of stay.

If the booking is cancelled less than four weeks before your intended date of stay, the full cottage cost (including taxes) for the period booked will be payable.
